We had the most wonderful Christmas meal! Chef Desiree cooked for 42 people a traditional American Christmas meal. The prime rib was incredible…and she made sure to prepare it in multiple temperatures to please all guests (rare/med rare/well). The side dishes had such huge flavor profiles, you could taste all of the fresh herbs and seasonings.

She was so easy to work with, responding and answering all questions to work out the menu. I appreciated most that she was thorough in food descriptions and reasons why or why not we should have certain dishes with our quantity of people and the occasion. Cannot wait to have her cook for my daughter’s rehearsal supper later this year!

Had an extremely wonderful food event!! Guys poker night and Desiree made lemon chicken, garlic potatoes, Mediterranean salad and Banana cream pudding!! Lovely woman, professional, and great personality!

Another event for 18 and the setup was picture perfect! Special birthday party! Melt in your mouth ribeye, lobster, homemade corn bread, marscapone stuffed dates prosciutto bites. Topped it off with the Best Cheese Cake ever!
